What makes Health & Power Yoga Classes unique.


Yoga for grown-ups. No fads, no gimmicks, no headstands, no mirrors, no crowds.

Classical Hatha Yoga taught, by an instructor with more then 15 years of experience. Small classes

(6 participants maximum) focused on using proper forms and breathing as well as development of core strength to carry into your daily life.

Classes are paced to allow time for understanding and recognizing what body should feel like, when pose (asana) done correctly.

Explanations and individual attention with corrections to form and modifications for injury or flexibility provided as needed in every class, at every level.

Turn off the stress of everyday life for an hour and experience the lasting physical and mental benefits that come with mindful attention to your body and its capacity for change.
