What makes Health & Power Yoga Classes unique. Yoga for grown-ups. No fads, no gimmicks, no headstands, no mirrors, no crowds. Classical Hatha Yoga taught, by an instructor with more then 15 years of experience. Small classes (6 participants maximum) focused on using proper forms and breathing as well as development of core strength to carry into your daily life. Classes are paced to allow time for understanding and recognizing what body should feel like, when pose (asana) done correctly. Explanations and individual attention with corrections to form and modifications for injury or flexibility provided as needed in every class, at every level. Turn off the stress of everyday life for an hour and experience the lasting physical and mental benefits that come with mindful attention to your body and its capacity for change.

Build the strong connection between your body, energy and mind, through the ancient art of hatha yoga. Asanas (postures) and deep yoga-breathing allow you to relax physical and mental tension. Your joints, muscles and ligaments, go through the whole spectrum of movements, stretching strengthening and balancing each part of the body. Deep Yoga-breathing, reduce stressful breathing pattern (shallow breathing), train diaphragm and massage internal organs. And also help to relax your body during the stretching in asanas. Breathing is a bridge between your body and mind. Meditation (corps position), total relaxation of your mind, relieving stress (physical and emotional). Re-acquaintance with yourself, reaching the state of “no-mind”. Class description: -Beginners This class is recommended to all those new to yoga or for advanced students in restoration period. In this class students learn the fundamental aspects of Hatha Yoga, including postures alignment, yoga-breathing, relaxation and special attention to increase core strength.-60min. -All levels This class incorporates vinyasa (flowing style), breath and holding postures.
