Whole body treatment

In a typical whole-body Reiki treatment, the Reiki practitioner instructs the recipient to lie down, usually on a massage table, and relax. Loose, comfortable clothing is usually worn during the treatment. The practitioner might take a few moments to enter a calm or meditative state of mind and mentally prepare for the treatment, that is usually carried out without any unnecessary talking.

The treatment proceeds with the practitioner placing the hands on the recipient in various positions. However, practitioners may use a non-touching technique, where the hands are held a few centimetres away from the recipient's body for some or all of the positions. The hands are usually kept in a position for three to five minutes before moving to the next position. Overall, the hand positions usually give a general coverage of the head, the front and back of the torso, the knees, and feet. Between 12 and 20 positions are used, with the whole treatment lasting anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes.

Traditional Thai-Massage & Burmese Massage

Traditional Thai-Massage (often called “the lazy yoga”) is a whole body therapy. The benefits of the deep yoga-like stretches and rhythmic compressions along the energy lines include:

•       Increased flexibility.

•       Restoration of normal circulation.

•       Stimulation of the lymph system.

•       Restoration of structural balance.

•       Freeing of blocked energy.

Thai Medical Massage is an ancient form of body work that has been practiced in the temples of Thailand for 2500 years

Burmese Massage or Letha Yoga was practiced by the people of non-Brahmin castes belong to different racial, ethnic and linguistic groups of ancient India and Burma.

Letha Yoga means “partner assisted yoga” or “yoga assisted by the limbs of the partners”.

Thai-Massage and Letha Yoga are practiced while the receiver, wearing loose, comfortable clothing, lies on the mat on the floor.

The therapist uses his hands, arms, elbows, knees and feet to perform the massage.

The work is rhythmic and meditative, allows both giver and receiver to enter a state of deep relaxation.

Cranio Sacral Therapy

Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST)-is performed on a person fully clothed.Using a light touch-the therapist monitors the rhythm of craniosacral system to detect potential restrictions and imbalances. The therapist then uses delicate manual techniques to release those problem areas. CST helps alleviate a range of illness, pain, dysfunction, including:

  • Migraines and Headaches
  • Chronic Neck and Back Pain
  • Chronic FatigueScoliosis
  • Central Nervous System Disorders
  • And Many Other Conditions

Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.

Health & Power Deep Tissue Massage is combination of: Russian Classical Massage, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Massage) and Tui Na (Chinese Massage). Stan practices this type of bodywork since 1999.

It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

Many clients have a more intense experience with a deep tissue massage, but also feel that it is more beneficial, because it addresses deep-seated muscle pains. Like other types of massage, deep tissue is most beneficial when undertaken on a regular basis, so that therapist and client can work together to correct long term problems, relax the body, and prevent injury.

We use: "Bon Vital " professional massage creme. "Thera Pro" Arnika massage oil.
